During school holidays, our properties require a minimum stay of three days. Outside of peak times, you can enjoy long weekends or shorter breaks tailored to your schedule.

Rates

Our rates start at £700 per week during the low season, varying based on the specific accommodation.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in: 4 pm Check-out: 10 am

Booking Process

To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit upon booking and acceptance of our terms and conditions. The remaining balance is due six weeks before your arrival. If your booking is within six weeks of your stay, full payment is required at the time of booking.

This was our first UK holiday for many years and we weren’t disappointed! The house was perfect for our needs, the location allowed us to access the beach for kayaking and boarding, the local shop and restaurants meant that we really didn’t need to travel out of the bay. We got plenty of exercise and fresh air walking to the local bays and Burgh island. Just perfect!

A beautiful and very well appointed cottage, the host’s were brilliant and the milk in the fridge, lovely facial soap in the bathroom, and the logs and fire lighters were all thoughtful touches. Burgh is a short easy walk and the food at The Pilchard in was delicious.
