About Flow with Zo Yoga
I believe in the power of yoga to heal, inspire, and transform lives. Led by me, Zoe, I am a heartfelt yogi with a background in dance, art, and yoga. My classes offer a unique blend of Ashtanga-Vinyasa yoga infused with elements of music, movement, mindfulness and breathwork.

Are you looking for a more personalised yoga experience? My private yoga classes are tailored to your individual needs and preferences, offering flexibility in both scheduling and location.
If you prefer practicing outdoors, I have a spacious wooden deck that overlooks the sea and Burgh Island at Bigbury-On-Sea, providing a breathtaking backdrop for your practice. For those who favour an indoor setting, my yoga studio and gym by the beach offer a serene and focused environment. There’s also always the option to practice yoga on the beach itself or in one of the fabulous surrounding fields overlooking the sea and the South Devon Coast Path!
The yoga sessions I offer are thoughtfully designed to align with your individual goals, intentions, and needs, ensuring a truly personalised and nurturing experience. My aim is to provide a transformative journey that nourishes you. Location and Facilities
I offer private yoga tuition, one to one yoga sessions as well as a Monday Morning Slow Flow Yoga Class in Challaborough, South Devon, close to Modbury, Ivybridge, Kingsbridge, and Salcombe.
Our beautiful yoga space overlooks Burgh Island and Bigbury-On-Sea, close to Bantham Beach, Hope Cove and Thurlestone. A peaceful sanctuary for your practice, with lovely sunny natural light, mats provided if needed, supportive props and the sound of the sea. We also have a smaller gym and yoga space available for smaller groups.
For those seeking an outdoor yoga experience, our spacious open deck overlooking the sea offers stunning views of the sea, beach, and famous landmarks such as Burgh Island and Bigbury-On-Sea. Immerse yourself in nature as you connect with the elements and rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit.
Perhaps even a swim in the sea before or after your session? We are right on the South West Coastal path offering great walks along the South Devon Coast and perfect opportunities for cold water swimming and grounding-your-feet-in-nature!
